Overview
Expensify scans receipts and routes reports for approval. A free tier exists for light use; companies with many submitters pay. It is narrower than a full card-and-ledger stack, which is a virtue if the only pain is reimbursements. Card-first companies sometimes outgrow it once spend never hits an employee’s personal card. Start here if the pile of receipts is the actual problem.
