Overview
Gusto runs payroll, tax filings, and benefits for US companies that do not want a separate payroll bureau. Pricing is a base fee plus a per-person charge. It is the wrong tool if most of the team is outside the United States. For a domestic small company, it often replaces both a payroll service and a thin HR file. Have an accountant confirm the tax setup in the first month.
